A native of Mexico City and graduate with honors from top culinary institutions in Paris, award-winning Chef Roberto Santibañez is currently the chef/owner of Fonda restaurants and La Botaneria in Brooklyn and Manhattan. His culinary resume includes stints as a restaurateur, culinary consultant, author and teacher in Mexico, Europe and the U.S. Roberto has authored three cookbooks of numerous accolades: Rosa’s New Mexican Table, Truly Mexican and Tortas, Tacos and Tamales.
