Robin Freeman Signature Chef

Influenced by two “amazing” grandmothers and “stellar” aunties who were always in the kitchen, Chef Robin Freeman was in the kitchen at a young age—baking for her little sister’s kindergarten class and winning four consecutive baking contests at a county fair in her teens. Chef Robin believes the key to planning a great menu is to listen to today’s diverse and educated café guests and showcase cuisine that’s local and in season.
