Influenced by a great-grandmother who was a great cook, he knew by age 15 that he wanted to be a chef and loves to try new things in the kitchen with his signature eclectic fusion style. He’s a member of Sodexo’s Operational Excellence Team, relishing the opportunity to explore guest food preferences all over the Southwest. “There’s amazing stuff going on in the culinary industry right now,” says Chef Sam.
