Chef Garman’s aunt and grandmother encouraged his first culinary creations and taught him how to follow recipes. By the age of 14, he started working in restaurants, knowing he was destined to be a chef. He’s always been attracted to the creativity that food offers and is inspired by others he meets in the industry. Sam is hugely passionate about serving quality food and loves preparing dishes that highlight the latest food trends for guests at his senior living community.
