Teaming up to create a trendy dish guests love, Chef Christopher and Chef Stephen were chosen to represent campus chefs in a recent culinary competition. With a fusion of flavors, their handmade masa tortilla is topped with curried pork carnitas and a market basket of fresh vegetables, like carrots, cucumbers, radishes, red cabbage and red peppers, then drizzled with a slow-simmered red curry coconut sauce. Their huarache was made to crave!
