Growing up in Senegal, West Africa, Chef Sylvie Sagna was always in the kitchen with her mum helping to cook for the household and family gatherings. In her Chef Manager role, she’s on a mission to share the many amazing flavors of African cuisine, using local ingredients to make her dishes unique.
