Chef Thierry Lemaître launched his culinary career at the age of 8 cooking and baking for his family and, by age 20, he graduated from culinary school. Early in his career, he worked with notable French chefs and restaurants in Paris, Reims and New Caledonia. Chef Lemaître was head chef at The Bourse, the historical Paris stock exchange, before joining Sodexo 20 years ago. He’s served in many roles, including his current position as Sodexo’s Chief Operations at Nokia in the city of Lannion, France.
