At age ten, Chef Tim Henning started watching cooking shows and thought he’d like to be a chef one day. He says, “It’s a cliché, but I am actually living my dream.” Tim says it’s easy to stay inspired because there’s so much content focused on food these days, and he’s always on the lookout for ingredients and techniques he’s never tried. Tim finds a sense of fulfillment when he sees a guest excited about the meal being served. “The guests at my location are adventurous, so I can choose more globally inspired dishes for the menu,” he says.
