“Growing up, my uncle would always bring fish to my grandmother’s house on Fridays and we would all gather there,” says Tim. “This catfish recipe is reminiscent of family and the great old days.” Tim believes that fresh ingredients offer amazing natural flavors and that’s guided his work as a chef for more than ten years. Inspired by the Cajun penchant for living humbly off the bayou, Tim created this unique catfish and spicy shrimp stew.
