Chef Tomas Garrido draws culinary influence from the fresh cultural flavors and places that have seasoned his life. Born in Madrid, he picked up his love for cooking from watching the chefs that worked in his family restaurants recreating and serving his family’s recipes. His move to Puerto Rico honed his love for Latin American flavors, and living in Louisiana he developed his taste for bold spices. The crossroads of Miami helped him to become the master of fresh bold flavors in his cuisine.
