Vladimir Smirnov – RUSSIA Global Chef

In 1995 Chef Vladimir Smirnov graduated from high school and that same year entered professional technical college for the cook specialization. After graduation he served in the Russian army as a cook in the military canteen. In 2000 after military service, he applied for a job with Sodexo. In 2004, he was appointed as a chef and currently successfully manages a restaurant in Moscow central Business complex “Riverside”. During his work with Sodexo, he has taken part in few important projects, such as the tennis competitions of Kremlin and the Davis Cup.
