Chef Arkadiusz Nowakowski serves as Chef and Coach at TVN Television, Poland’s premier media company and he’s participated in more than a dozen culinary competitions. He grew up cooking with his family in Warsaw and is inspired by cuisines around the world.

Chef Nowakowski has held a variety of culinary positions at Sodexo, from Restaurant Manager to Product Manager to Executive Chef and says the best part of his day is cooking for and surprising guests with diverse flavors and tastes.
