Chef Bogumił Harmaj has a passion for cooking, especially for exploring recipes and techniques that celebrate Poland’s food heritage. “I love when satisfied guests come back with a smile on their faces,” he says. After graduating from culinary school, where he specialized in nutrition, he served as a cook and chef in many pubs and restaurants in Krakow, a city of nearly 800,000 residents that celebrates its many historic architectural styles. He’s currently a Sodexo chef in downtown Krakow, along the popular and busy Jasnogórska Street.
