Carolina van de Sanden – NETHERLANDS Global Chef

“I really enjoy cooking and feeding people,” says Chef Carolina van de Sanden. “I love going to work to make the best meals possible and leaving at the end of the day with a fulfilled feeling.” After attending culinary school in Amsterdam, Chef van de Sanden worked in restaurants, institutional kitchens and catering facilities all over the southern part of the Netherlands and currently serves as a chef in Middelberg. She loves learning about different countries and is inspired by world cuisines that she can incorporate into her dishes.
