Chef Mayte Cabello has been working in the kitchen for nearly 18 years. Early in her career, she worked in different kitchens throughout Spain, where she developed her skills and knowledge of food. She spent one year working as a chef in a London restaurant. Chef Mayte then worked as a chef in different companies, where she learned to coordinate and oversee all aspects of meal services, including production, presentation and service. She loves to travel and sample different cuisines. She is looking forward to being a part Sodexo’s Global Chef Program.
