Chef Ronald Minezes completed his high school and joined a culinary art school to achieve his dream of becoming a chef. He started his career by working with best 5-star restaurants in Mumbai. Chef Minezes has always dreamt of working in US and gaining exposure to other cuisines. After some time, he received the opportunity to work for a cruise line based out of Miami FL. This experience provided him great exposure and enhanced his culinary skills. Chef Minezes also had the opportunity to work with some of the best chefs, allowing him to expand his knowledge in various cuisines i.e. Italian, Spanish, Mexican etc. Chef Minezes believes that preparing food is an art and one needs to put his/her heart and soul into cooking food. He has been associated with Sodexo India since 2007 and he is heading culinary services for Sodexo.
