Passionate about cooking since childhood, Chef Daniel Konja has been recognized for his innovative recipes and the culinary inspiration he draws from the places he’s visited and dishes he’s tried. He’s currently a Corporate Chef for Sodexo Peru, where he oversees daily operations, recipe development and food preparation. Chef Konja loves working with his kitchen team and says that seeing the happy faces of guests tasting his food is the best part of his day. Prior to joining Sodexo in 2009, he was a chef advisor for a 50-store supermarket chain, as well as a chef in restaurants and hotels.
