Chef Ed Costa has served as a Chef and General Manager for Sodexo for an incredible 34 years! He’s a lifelong student of culture, cuisine and the evolution of foodways, completing chef training in Chicago and earning a degree in Cultural Anthropology in California. Chef Costa is currently an Executive Chef at the University of Hawaii, where he serves his delicious, memorable creations to 1,400 guests at each meal. His diverse background in the kitchen has taken him from private schools and ferry operations to culinary academies and universities, earning him national recognition for his focus on sustainability.
