Edis (Eddie) Dautovic – SWEDEN Global Chef

Chef Edis (Eddie) Dautovik has been working as a chef for 17 years. He is very passionate about his love for food and he sees food presentation as art. He has worked for Sodexo for the past four years at Skytteholm Ekerö. With a background in fine dining, Chef Dautovic has worked at two 1-Star Michelin restaurants. Additionally, he has worked for a few well-known restaurants and hotels in Stockholm, such as Hotel Diplomat and Fredsgatan 12.
