Edouard was born in Alsace, France. He attended Strasbourg’s Ecole Hoteliere and feels fortunate to be able to work in one of the last professions where all five senses are stimulated daily. He grew up surrounded by the rhythm of the seasons, beautiful French produce and his grandmother’s inspiring home cooking. His personal motto is, “Don’t count the calories, count the blessings.”
