Chef Frederico França recently joined Sodexo as an Instructor Chef, where he trains chefs and culinary teams in food preparation and presentation techniques. He’s located in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, celebrated worldwide for its rich food heritage. “From a very young age, I knew that one day I would work with food,” he says. Chef França has been a chef for 16 years, serving as a head chef in different businesses, and admits that he’s completely in love with what he does every day. He travels as often as possible to learn about new cultures and is inspired by Italian and contemporary cuisine. He says, “I always look forward to collaborating with my team on new dishes.”
