Chef Glenn Henry Bust is the manager of 5 restaurants and 85 employees at Post Tower for German Post DHL. He has cooked for influential world leaders, including President Bill Clinton, German General Secretary Erich Honecker, Russian General Secretary Mikhail Gorbachev, Monaco’s Prince Rainier, plus other celebrities.
He learned his profession and perfected his skills – especially cooking from scratch – in hotel kitchens, including the Hotel Bristol, the Maritim Hotel in Cologne and Bonn and the Gästehaus Petersberg in Königswinter. He then graduated as Master Chef from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Bonn.
Chef Bust first joined Sodexo in 1995, serving 2000 guests daily at Telekom headquarters in Bonn, where he still regularly caters for their Tour de France team. He has also organized training camp gastronomy for the professional soccer team FC Bayern Munich.
