Grethe Olsen – NORWAY Global Chef

“I like to cook all kinds of food, but Norwegian food is my passion,” says Chef Grethe Olsen. She finds inspiration all around—from TV and books to the internet and traveling. Chef Olsen studied hotel and restaurant management and launched her career as a chef at the Sjøormen Inn and Seljord Hotell in the culture-rich village of Seljord. She’s been with Sodexo for 8 years as a Site Manager and Chef, focusing on quality menus and service for all guests.
