“I am really lucky,” says Chef Hannah Robertson. “I’ve found my calling and love that I get to make a difference in a guest’s day.” Hannah remembers sitting on the countertop while her Mum was cooking and absorbing all the steps she took to prepare meals. At 20, she had a chance to step in for a chef where she worked, and she realized how natural it felt to be creative with food. In her vibrant summer salad, Hannah artfully combines fresh, light foods that pack a punch of flavor and texture.
