Chef Jolanta Łukawska is energetic and creative, with a passion for food. “I love challenges, and I cook different things every day,” says Chef Łukawska. As a Head Chef in Augustów, a resort city in northeastern Poland, she trains and supervises staff and organizes special restaurant events, including receptions, promotions and corporate lunches. She’s excited to share many traditional Polish recipes through the Global Chef Program.
