A self-described foodie, Chef Julián Lamprea says he became a chef because he “lives” food. “It’s a way to unite people and share your feelings. And, of course, it’s delicious,” he says. Chef Lamprea studied at the international Mariano Moreno Culinary Institute, then shared his culinary skills as a baking and gastronomy instructor. Inspired by flavors of his native Colombia, he focuses on creating delicious and beautiful plates as a National Chef Instructor for Sodexo in Bogotá. He works—and cooks—with culinary teams to continuously improve the food experience and satisfy guests.
