Cooking has been Chef Łukasz ´Scierski’s passion since childhood. He’s been the Executive Sous Chef at Sodexo Danone Bieru´n in Poland for more than 10 years.
Prior to Sodexo, Chef ´Scierski served at Stylowa Restaurant for eight years. He says
that he is most interested in modern and fusion cuisine. “I like to explore the cuisines
and flavors of other countries,” says Chef ´Scierski. “And I like new and creative
challenges.”
