Chef Maiju Anttila describes her culinary creations as pure and natural—prepared with a “less is more” philosophy. She’s currently serving as Executive Chef for Nokia Solution’s Restaurant Lounastuuli in the high-tech city of Oulu in central Finland. “Cooking is my passion. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else,” says Chef Anttila. After earning a degree in hospitality management, she showcased her skills as a chef in more than 10 restaurants across Finland. She loves that each day as a chef is different, and she’s passionate about trying new ingredients and cooking techniques for her restaurant guests.
