With two culinary and catering degrees earned, Chef Martin Černoch started cooking professionally in his early 20s and hasn’t looked back. He spent 5 years preparing meals and managing chefs at the Volareza Hotel in downtown Prague, a city known for its great food and beautiful architecture. Chef Černoch has held a variety of culinary positions at Sodexo and currently serves as a chef for a large manufacturer in Prague. He’s inspired by the cooking process and is always excited to incorporate new ingredients in his dishes.
