A bright and self-motivated individual, Chef Mike Wu has 10 years experience in making delicate dishes in 4 and 5 star hotels and restaurants, such as the Mandarin Oriental and W Hotel. With extensive experience and knowledge from French and Italian cuisines, he brings his expertise and passion for cooking to Sodexo Hong Kong. Chef Wu has been the head chef of Hong Kong International School for the past three years.
