Chef Mohd Redzwa Bin Ismail began his career with Sodexo as an Executive Chef in Pantai Hospital, in-charge IPD food, Staff Café and Public Café. After 1 1/2 years in the hospital segment, he transferred to Intel in Penang. After 1 ½ year in Intel, he was promoted to Guest Chef for the Malaysian region. In this role, chef Ismail was able to promote Malaysian food and other international foods to all Sodexo sites. He was then promoted to Executive Chef Special Project, where his job is to go all sites to check kitchen operations. In 2015, he became Executive Chef Food Platform (Malaysia, Indonesia & Singapore). Before joining Sodexo, Chef Ismail worked for hotels, restaurants as well as handling cooking classes. He was a TV Chef Personality who appeared in Astro and Singapore Broadcast (SBC). He also appeared and contributed recipes in magazines.
