Norman is a chef who leads by example, utilizing a hands-on approach to management of a busy, diverse and demanding high volume Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe. He creates menus that meet and exceed customers’ needs, and conform to brand standards. He fulfills his duties by creating and maintaining a professional operation, and controls expenses relative to the operation by working very closely with the General Manager of the company.
