A native of the city of Nantes in western France, Chef Patrice Caboulet completed his studies at the Hotel School. He began his career working in Paris, then went to the Vendee Hotel de la Plage to Our Lady of Mount. Next, he served in the military for one year where he traveled to Switzerland Gstaad Palace to work in a kitchen with diverse personnel from Canada, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany Italy, Portugal and Yogoslavia. After this very rewarding experience, he came back to France and worked on Boats sailing on the Loire river and a river Erdre (event based food, but also mass and for some VIP event but within regional products and recipes. Chef Caboulet then began working for Sodexo at the Puy du Fou in the Vendee, one of the most beautiful park attractions serving French gourmet catering.
