“I like to make people happy,” say Chef Pavel Kyzr. “The best part of the day is having guests taste what I’ve made.” It’s certainly easy to find culinary happiness in Chef Kyzr’s delicious dishes—with his focus on fresh, modern Czech and international cuisines, including the flavors of Brazil, Argentina, Cuba, Germany, and Belgium. Serving as an Executive Chef, he creates menus for Sodexo operations in the Czech Republic and trains chefs in both the Czech and Slovak Republics. He’s worked with many renowned chefs in restaurants around Prague, the Czech capital city, and he brings those inspirational experiences to his daily menu.
