Phillip Park – AUSTRALIA Global Chef

Chef Phillip Park has dedicated over 19 years to working in the hospitality industry.  In2011, he joined Sodexo and has since strived to raise the standard of food operations acrossthe remote sites of the Pilbara region.  He currently leads a corporate catering companycalled Kuditj Kitchen, based in Perth City. His role requires him to mentor, lead, develop andtrain Indigenous Australians specializing in Bush Tucker and corporate functions. He feels honored to be able to share his knowledge of Australian Cuisine in the Global Chef program.
