Chef Piotr Bronikowski started his journey as a chef in the UK, trying various styles, cuisines, and kitchen environments. He later returned to Poland in order to work for Sodexo, where he was given the task of running the newest restaurant, Chilli Bistro, which opened alongside the new headquarters of Sodexo Poland. Chilli Bistro was awarded the 2014 Best Canteen Food Business Award by Food Business Forum.
