Chef Piotr Wasielewski lives and works in his hometown of Tychy, Poland. But his culinary training has taken him as far as Brekstad, Norway and as close as neighboring Lubenau, Germany.
He attended school at Upper Silesian School of Commerce in Katowice, Poland, a city of 5 million, and specialized in hotel management and catering. During his educational years, he interned at four restaurants, both locally and abroad, including Sale e Pepe in Tychy, Hotel Orland Kysthotell in Norway, and Restaurant Kartofell Knidel in Germany.
Chef Wasielewski is excited for the opportunity to serve with Sodexo at Valeo Czechowice Dziedzice, where he’s been a chef since 2014.
