Reginald Pearce Signature Chef

Sodexo Canada’s Director of Culinary Chef Reginald Pearce has been a part of the Canadian team for the past 38 years. As a member of Sodexo’s Canadian Marketing team and Culinary Board, he supports the Canadian supply Management team in evaluating new vendor partners and products. In 2007 Reg was a Culinary Team Member for the Rugby World Cup in Paris, France, the Executive Chef for the Vancouver Winter Olympics in 2010, and a culinary resource for the 2015 Pan Am Games in Toronto. Reg resides in the small town of Gananoque Ontario with his wife of 40 years, where they own and work a 70-acre farm.
