Renee worked for Sodexo for 17 years before transferring to Independents for Sodexo in 2015, to become Executive Chef at a top independent boarding school for girls in Buckinghamshire. Her passion for food began at a very early age, after she attended a culinary exhibition. She is extremely proud of what her team produces each day. Every day is a new challenge and they are all up for it!
