Sébastien Mallard – FRANCE Global Chef

Chef Sébastien Mallard is 37 years old and he used to work in gourmet cooking and hotel restaurants between 1997 and 2001. He joined Sodexo soon after as a cook, to evolve as a Chef, then site manager. His passion for cooking comes from his earliest years, helping his grandmother and mother to prepare meals, but also to taste them.
