Chef Shobhit has more than 22 years of experience in the culinary world. He graduated from National Council of Hotel Management, New Delhi in 1993. He has worked across the globe in various food related industries, including 5 star Hotels, Cruise ships and Central Bulk Kitchens. Chef Shobhit has been a part of Sodexo India for last 11 years, when he joined as Chef Manager in Osho International Meditation Resort, Pune, India. He has held many other important positions, including Operations Manager for Sodexo’s business in Unilever India Ltd. Currently he is Service Quality Assurance Manager, India looking after the new e2e process of menu centralization.
