Chef Staffan Lundberg has been delighting Sodexo’s guests for more than five years and currently serves as Chef de Cuisine at Vrinnevi Hospital in Norrköping, Sweden. He’s led Sodexo teams and designed menus in multiple kitchens, including the restaurants Collegium and Anno 1852.
He’s been Chef de Cuisine at the elegant Söderköpings Brunn hotel and Restaurant Promenad, as well as a number of celebrated restaurants in Sweden. During his time at Mauritzbergs Castle, an 18th-century castle meticulously restored into a hotel and resort, Chef Lundberg greatly expanded the restaurant offerings to include full-service meals, weddings, and events featuring local ingredients in classic and modern Swedish dishes. He also had the opportunity for extensive travel to expand his culinary skills, including visits to Tuscany, Hong Kong, Nairobi and Helsinki. While living in Paris, he served as the chef to Ambassador Carl Lidbom at the Swedish Embassy.
