Chef Nagelmaier began his career in culinary with and apprenticeship at NH Vienna Airport. From there, his career lead to chef positions at Hotel Vienna Southern Rainer Hotel Vienna, and DO & Co Vienna International Airport.
In 2012, he became Sous Chef at the factory restaurant of Baxalta, where he prepares more than 450 meals per day with a minimum of 5 different menus daily.
Chef Nagelmaier is looking forward to learning a lot of new things about the United States of America. he is very excited to see different cities and to meet different people and wants to provide an insight into the Austrian culture & mentality. Of course, he hopes that he can teach everybody about the wonderful Austrian kitchen, so that they can keep the experience for their entire lives.
