1/2 cup bacon horseradish sauce
4 1/4 pound beef hamburger patties, seasoned with salt and pepper
8 homestyle breaded onion rings, frozen, cooked according to package directions
16 slices dill pickle chips
8 slices Monterey jack cheese
4 Kaiser rolls, sliced in half
Bacon Horseradish Sauce Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
For Service: Preheated grill to medium high, place burgers on grill for 2 minutes, flip burgers and cook for an additional 2 1/2 minutes. Top burgers with cheese, allow to melt. Lightly toast rolls on each side. Place hamburger patty on heel of toasted roll. Top hamburger patty with pickles. Top pickles with hot onion rings. Evenly spread 2 tablespoons of sauce on crown of roll. Close sandwich.
