Yield: 4 Sandwiches
8 slices bread, sliced 5/8 inch thick
14 slices smoked ham
4 slices Gruyere cheese, sliced thin
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
¼ cup butter, softened
Gluten, Milk, Mustard, Soy, Wheat
Sandwich Build: Place 3 to 4 slices of ham on heel of bread. Top with 1 slice of cheese. Spread 1 teaspoon of mustard on crown of bread and close sandwich. Spread 1 tablespoon butter on each side of sandwich. Place sandwich on a 325˚F grill or skillet. Grill for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted, cut in half diagonally.
