1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 1/3 cups reduced fat 2% milk
½ cup and 3 Tablespoons half & half
1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt
½ cup yellow cornmeal
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Seared Cremini Mushrooms and Leeks:
1 Tablespoon canola oil
2 ½ cups sliced cremini mushrooms
2 cups sliced leeks
2 Tablespoons butter
¼ cup white wine
