Lemon Basil Vinaigrette: Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
For Service: In a mixing bowl, combine romaine, tomatoes, pepperoncini, olives and feta cheese . Pour lemon basil vinaigrette over ingredients. Toss to evenly coat. Place tortillas on flat surface. Evenly spread 3 tablespoons hummus on bottom third of tortillas. Place Greek salad mixture on top of hummus. Fold over ends of tortilla. Roll tightly into a wrap. Cut in half on a bias.
