Cubed ham, scrambled eggs and American cheese rolled up in a buttermilk biscuit then baked

4 eggs, scrambled
4 southern-style biscuit dough (canned)
4 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
4 julienne slices cooked ham, julienne ¼ inch by ¼ inch by 2 inch

Nutritional InformationRoll-Up Build: Using the palm of your hand, spread the biscuit dough in a 2 inch by 3 inch oblong shape. On bottom third of biscuit, place 1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese. Place 2 tablespoons scrambled eggs on top of cheese. Place 1 julienne slice of ham on top of egg. Roll up dough around ham, egg and cheese leaving ends of ham exposed. Place on parchment-lined sheet pan. Bake in a preheated 375˚F oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
