Sautéed Onions
½ cup yellow onions, sliced ¼ inch
¾ teaspoon canola oil
Sausage Gravy
¼ cup pork sausage, raw
1 teaspoon pork fat, reserved
2½ teaspoons margarine
4½ tablespoons flour
¾ cup reduced fat 2% milk
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
