Philly Cheese Steak BLT

Garlic Dijon Mayonnaise: Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
For Service: Preheat griddle to 325 degree F. Slice roll. Heat steak sub roll on griddle until lightly golden. Place 4 slices steak meat on heel of roll. Top steak meat with 2 slices of cheese. Place 2 slices of bacon on top of cheese. Place 1 leaf of green leaf lettuce on top of bacon. Place 2 slices of tomatoes on top of lettuce. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on crown of roll. Place crown of roll on sandwich to close.
